Deception Pass and Seattle

On the way out of Oak Harbor is A "next to heaven" place called Deception Pass. It provides a magnificent view of the body of water enclosed by mountains. One has to cross a bridge to go from point A to point B.

On the way back to Seattle, we made a pit stop at Edmonds to visit Auntie Marilyn & drop by her share of pancit from Auntie Consuelo. Belated Happy Birthday Auntie.
This was the first time she would see AJ.

The traffic was not bad on the way back to Seattle. AJ has a high school classmate based in Seattle. They planned on having dinner that night after we gave him some more tour of downtown Seattle.
What is Seattle without the Space Needle?

Above are four views of the Space Needle in all of its splendor.

The Alaskan Way is a harbor where different restaurants abound. The salty smell emanates - reminds me so much of the early mornings at Sabangan. The sunsets are poscard material but not as breathtaking as our very own Manila Bay sunset.

Last, STARBUCKS. This coffee company has its origins in Seattle. We went to the original Starbucks cafe at the market. My hand is not very steady to capture in picture the original logo. If anyone can cite the difference between this original Starbucks logo and the present day Starbucks logo is indeed very meticulous with a keen eye for details.
