White Coat Ceremony - 02 August 2009

The White Coat Ceremony marks a milestone in the education of a medical student. Each student is given a traditional white coat - the symbol of the medical clinician and scientist. The presentation of coats by the Dean Of The School of Medicine formally welcomes the newest class of medical students.

You will forever remember today as the first time you wore your white coat - a symbol of the medical profession.

I would like to share with you some of the pictures taken during AJ's White Coat Ceremony. Jim, James,Tita Cecil, and I are so very proud of his accomplishments. We are all behind him all the way. Here we go again - I should say. How many adobos ken arroz caldos will we be preparing again to nourish him? How many masses and novena prayers will be said especially on examination week?

It is a never ending journey for all of us - all we are hoping that it gets less bumpy along the way. We are up for the challenge ( mannen!!). You all can join us for the ride.
